Description

Storming The Emperors Castle Bourbon Barrel Aged. We’ve taken a small portion of the original imperial stout and had it rest for three months over a bed of rich, Peruvian cacao nibs and housed it in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. The ABV has slightly risen and the beer has rounded off; with big upfront cacao and dark chocolate against a backdrop of warming, peaty bourbon and soft, subtle woody notes.
