Castle Rock is a brewery based in Nottingham. We have a wide-eyed love of independent brewing and pubs, both old and new. This informs much of what we are and what we do. Simply put, we have just loved being amongst it since 1977. Our approach to brewing is meticulously considered and our very existence is underpinned by a desire to progress, learn and evolve, as well as keep & develop the stuff we think works! The majority of our beers are fermented with a unique strain of Hardy & Hanson’s yeast, a diverse yeast that gives Castle Rock beers a distinct flavour profile.
