Crop that yeast and get it in there! Sunshine Type is our tribute to (possibly the weirdest) summer here at Polly’s. As the nights start drawing in again, we’re all about reminiscing about those hazy days, where the best thing to do is to just go with what comes naturally to us as brewers. As textbook Polly’s as we can get, Sunshine Type is absolutely glowing with a serious amount of bright, juicy, tropical notes, with maximum body and yeast suspension from our in-house LA3 strain.
