Huppendorfer has been brewing for over 500 years – and the Grasser family took over the brewing scepter on today’s property as early as 1750. Johannes Grasser has been running the brewery with a lot of foresight since 1995 and the investments are now proving to be a stroke of luck. In parallel to the renewal of the brewing facilities, investments were made in storage capacity in order to ensure optimal beer maturation at all times.
