Klosterbrau Bamberg. As the oldest brewery in Bamberg, we attach great importance to tradition and the art of brewing. As a former prince-bishop’s brown beer house in Bamberg, we have been part of the bedrock of Bamberg’s beer culture and local brewery since 1533. Our brewery and restaurant area is beautifully situated in Bamberg’s Mühlenviertel, directly on the Regnitz in the heart of the old town.
