Description

18 Farmhouse Bacchus Blonde. Inspired by the flavour profile of UK’s Bacchus White Wines, we brewed this Blonde Ale with a light touch of Grapefruit zest, Hallertau Blanc and Huell Melon hops in the whirlpool, and primary fermented it with our house Saison yeast. Part of the beer was aged into our Farmhouse wine barrels, while the rest conditioned in steel with our mixed Brett culture. After 6 months we blended the two portions. The result is a beer with a gentle tartness, full texture and long finish. Salut!
