55 Double IPA Golden British Honey. Over 87,000 bees helped us create our latest 55|DIPA. Our 500th gyle uses 30 kilos of raw local golden British honey from North London that’s added during fermentation to bring sweet meadow, floral and clementine aromas to complement the vinous, spicy and piney character of our hop trifecta of Amarillo, Halleratu Blanc & Loral. Here’s to the next 500.
