Blanc Fugitiu (Xarel-lo), 2019. 100% Xarel-lo A single plot on a particularly chalky plot with 50 year old vines, 350m above sea level. 2 weeks maceration on skins before the wine is separated and aged partially in old 500l oak barrel and 160L limestone and terracotta amphora. Low in alcohol but intensely aromatic and saline, this wine sings of the sea. No added sulphur.
