Braybrooke Dunkel. This Dunkel Lager is brewed with 100% Munich malt, like the original Dunkels from Munich. After a long, cool fermentation and almost two months of lagering, the end result is an attractive copper coloured lager, with deep, rich maltiness and biscuity, slightly toasted notes.
