Dabinett 2020. A new maker for us, from the legendary cider lands of Herefordshire, set a little down the road from Oliver’s. All fruit used in this Single Variety Dabinett cider came from the Big meadow; an orchard right in front of Jamie’s cidery. He picked apples late in the season & gave them time before pressing.

Expect green fruits, driven acidity, & a mouth filling texture. More still than sparkling; slight fizz on opening but soon drops.
