Heart of The Sun is our brand new collaboration between us and Northumberland based Stoner Rock band DUNES. And together we’ve brought you a West Coast IPA.

What better way to emulate those Californian deserts that have brought so much influence to both Dunes’ riff’s and Black Iris’ beers. Bittering hops include Centennial, Cascade, Chinook and Simcoe. Then, dry hopped with extra Cascade and Simcoe Cryo hops.

Vegan.
