Lubrication 2021. An accessible tannic cider made from classic traditional cider apple varietals from traditional Herefordshire orchards.

Made from a yard blend of Michelin 75%, Dabinett 20% and Foxwhelp 5%.

The 2021 harvest saw a good fruit character and slightly higher sugar levels than 2019.

The resulting cider is dense, cloudy and juicy. With ripe red apple, hints of mandarin orange and some nice citrus in the finish.

Really refreshing, and easy drinking juicy tannic cider focused on the charms of the Michelin apple. Fermented with wild yeasts.
