Description

Metamorph. Rotating Tempus IPA featuring different wild yeast strains, which will continue to evolve over time in package from the first juicy, fruit-forward beer to a funkier, more complex beer over time. This first batch was fermented entirely with Brettanomyces bruxellensis Trois Vrai and dry-hopped twice with 12g/L of Galaxy, Ekuanot and Chinook.
