Brewed in collaboration with our friends from the Big Smoke Brew Co. We went big on the oats in the mash to make a big old bowl of hop porridge. Expect a big silky texture to this beer and heaps of sappy and juicy Simcoe from a huge whirlpool addition and 2 dry hop charges.
