We’re always on the lookout for new & interesting ingredients for our beers. A few months ago, we took a day trip to Orford, near the Suffolk coast, to walk along the harbour & visit the castle and we couldn’t resist picking a few bags of the lush samphire growing wild along the shoreline. We added it to a barrel of saison with our house yeast & bacteria, the final result is a tart, salty sour saison – a celebration of the Suffolk seaside. Vegan friendly.
