Patrons Project 8.05 Raspberry & Honeydew Melon Kolsch. Blown away with the mad fruit flavours our good friend Todd Strauss packs into his cider and meads, we wanted to make a beer with him and use those same flavours to make a mega crushable beer to slake the summer thirst! We decided on a really easy drinking style; a Germanic Kolsch! We loaded it with some fruity hops, Hersbrucker, Huell Melon, Galaxy to be precise and topped them off with a cooler-like fruit combo of raspberry, honeydew melon.
