Snowblind reclaims the traditional implication of Stout meaning strong or robust, rather than dark. With lactose and flaked oats alongside roasted coffee, cocoa nibs and fresh vanilla pods you get a body and flavour that provide the full Stout experience. It’s the Tonka beans that make this moreish, adding more vanilla, liquorice, caramel and almond. The beer pours a pale gold and was born from a standout 100 litre trial brew we undertook in 2017.
