Unreal. The brewing teams at Dark Star and Unbarred Brewery have collaborated on a full bodied Session IPA with Fuller’s yeast to bring together tradition and modern techniques and make something of the moment. Using plenty of oats and wheat to give a soft and smooth sensation, and the use of dextrin malt to retain some sweetness on the finish. Brewed using Crystal, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops.
