Description

Bottle Conditioned Medium 2018. A blend of bittersweets and bitter sharps apples collected from traditional Herefordshire orchards. Pours with a good head that settles quickly. Clear, burnished orange colour with very fruit, apples nose. Rounded, balanced apple sweetness, fruity with full mouthfeel and nice lingering fleas taste. Very pleasing drink. Fermented with wild yeasts, keeved and then conditioned in bottle for 18 months.

Vegan friendly. Gluten Free.
