Cuvee 2019. The beer that we dreamt about for a long time, from days when the brewery was just a twinkle in our minds eye. Choosing our finest Saison from foudre no.1 and wine barriques, we blended in a large portion of Belgian Lambic that has been aging at Burning Sky. Refined, complex and spritzy, this beer can be enjoyed now or left to age further.
