Pricklers.

Now for something a little different. We have brewed a “Hoppy Field Ale” with James from Ideal Day Family Brewery in Cornwall. Comparable with a Hefeweizen in many ways, with our own twist. Yeast and wheat driven, something James does so well. Hopped generously with English Cascade and NZ Motueka. Expect the banana and clove phenolic bite of the yeast with some citrus sharpness.
