Svarta Vinbar. House culture fermented Cellar beer. Aged for 10 months in oak barrel before being refermented with organic blackcurrants.

Our house culture is a blend of a wide array of different yeasts and bacteria, producing a slightly funky and sour beer. Enjoy!
