Breadboard Series #4 Vintage Perry 2022.

This is a truly special expression of the 2022 Perry pear crop, hand-harvested (by us!), and one which we all keep taking home. Quietly tucked away to bottle condition for over 18 months, the natural carbonation delivers Champagne-like effervescence, alongside the refreshing acidity of Thorn pears that make up the majority of the blend. 

There’s a little natural sweetness due to the presence of un-fermentable sugars in perry pears, but this is a beautifully dry and more-ish drop! Perfect for a good charcuterie board, and with a soft goat’s cheese and prosciutto in particular, our Vintage Perry will make a fine addition to your evening. Trust us; our, ahem, rigorous quality control has confirmed this over the last 18 months.
