Description

Spirit Animal Loquat Elderflower. This low strength mixed fermentation beer was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Jester King during their visit in October 2016. Fermented in FV on saison yeast, before secondary fermentation in an ex-Amarone foudre on Jester King’s house mixed culture, this beer was infused with local, hand picked elderflowers, and Spanish loquats.
