36|Kolsch Style Loral. Our 36|Kolsch-Style is based on the classic German beer from Cologne in Westfalia. Fermented with ale yeast at a low temperature before being lagered, the resulting beer has a refreshingly crisp and clean finish. The addition of Loral hops adds a quintessential noble hop character, with a floral bouquet, subtle spicy notes of black pepper and a herbal freshness. The finish is balanced, with a gentle bitterness that encourages another sip.
